“It always seems impossible until it is done” “It always seems impossible until it is done” - Nelson Mandela

Aim high. When you set a goal for yourself, always make sure you actually believe that you can reach it. It doesn’t matter how ridiculous it sounds. If you believe you will reach your goal, then you will.

Someone once decided that they want to use a printer to create body parts that prolong lives, and they did it... that seems pretty “impossible” to me.

You don’t have to worry about “how”. As long as you know in your heart that you’re achieving everything you set your mind to, you crush your little to-do lists every day, and you keep your thoughts positive, the Law of Attraction works the “how” out for you.
I’m starting my day by spending a few minutes sh I’m starting my day by spending a few minutes showing gratitude, manifesting my dreams, affirming what I know to be true, and reflecting on my life.

This guided journal (And it Beings: 21 Days to a PVO Lifestyle and Mindset) makes it easy to do this every day.

When I’m strapped for time, the structured sections allow me to spill my thoughts quickly. When I have time to spare, the free space allows me to focus my energy on drawing or writing as I work though my thoughts.

This journal is packed with motivating quotes that help me feel uplifted and ready to attract, manifest, and appreciate my best life.

It takes about 21 days to build a habit, and this journal’s intention is to help you do just that. Over 21 days, this guided journal will help you turn positive thinking into a habit and a daily practice.

I hope you love it just as much as I do!!💕

Launching March 1st, 2021.

“No matter how many mistakes you make or how slo “No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.” - Tony Robbins

It is never too late to try something new or to follow your dreams! 🙌🏽

At 31 years old, I’m still trying new ventures and figuring things out, and I don’t anticipate changing anytime soon!

Don’t let society dictate your life by making you believe you’re underachieving or straying off track. Don’t take advice about achieving your dreams from people who never followed through with theirs. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that your goals are unreachable.

Do whatever it is that makes you happy. Fail. Learn. Grow. Repeat! 💫
I absolutely love the freedom of working from home I absolutely love the freedom of working from home, but sometimes I start to go stir crazy.

There are times where I miss chatting with coworkers about our lives or having support when work gets stressful.

When I work from home, I get into the zone and I hardly ever take breaks. I’m the type of person who “needs” to finish a task before I can stop. Being a writer and small business owner, the task at hand rarely ever “ends”, and so I could end up working for 12 straight hours before taking a break.

To make sure this doesn’t happen, I actually have to set an alarm just for dedicated breaks. I force myself to take them (even if I’m midway through a paragraph. Because for me it will be “I’ll just finish this paragraph.... and this page... and this chapter... might as well start the next chapter...”😂🤦🏻‍♀️)

I find that taking breaks outside of the house really helps me step out of the funk and reset my mind. It makes me focus a lot more clearly when I come back to work. (It’s actually needed because I may have rushed through something just to finish and then I’ll reread it with fresh eyes and have WAY MORE insight.)

If you’re working from home, don’t forget to take breaks. Step outside for a minute whether it’s for a short walk, or just to drink your coffee on the balcony. Don’t try to rush through a task because you’re like me and NEED to finish. It’s okay to stop and take a mental break so that you can think more clearly.

I take a 5-15 minute break every hour rather than one long break.

What system do you use for staying focused while working from home??

“Feelings are just visitors. Let them come and g “Feelings are just visitors. Let them come and go.” - Mooji

I really like this quote because it got me thinking. I believe our bodies are our temples. They house our souls and our energy.

When someone you don’t like comes to your house, you don’t offer them the guest room and hope that they stay. You deal with them for as little amount of time as possible before you can direct them out the door. You may feel stressed about the encounter for a while, but eventually the relief that that guest left takes over and you stop thinking about the visit altogether.

It should be the same with our feelings. Instead of inviting negative feelings to stay in your “house”, treat them like unwanted visitors and direct them out the door.

Don’t allow yourself to become so consumed by fear, worry, anger, hate... Consciously decide which feelings you want to invite inside and which ones can stay over.

I know it’s easier said than done, but positive thinking and a PVO lifestyle is a habit that must be built and practiced every second of the day. 🙌🏽
Good morning ☕️ Sending you all of the PVO ( Good morning ☕️

Sending you all of the PVO (positive vibes only) I have so that you can CRUSH your day! 🙌🏽💪🏽

Sending out good energy is super FREE and it makes both the giver and the receiver feel good.

Have fun with it. Pretend you’re some magical fairy, sprinkling happy vibes on everyone you see today... don’t smile too creepily when you do it though. We’re not trying to scare people 😂

My happy place 🌲 Anyone else find comfort and My happy place 🌲

Anyone else find comfort and clarity in nature?

If you’re ever having a hard time staying on track, or if you’re getting a headache from focusing on one task for too long, I highly recommend taking a walk in nature. You’ll most likely come back feeling refreshed and reenergized! 🍃

Believe in yourself and trust the process. You may fail a lot before you succeed, but if you truly believe in your idea, then so will everyone else.
As a writer, I use a laptop majority of the time. As a writer, I use a laptop majority of the time. It’s fast, easy, and practical. It just makes sense.

With that said, there’s something so solidifying about handwriting an idea, planning out an article, or plotting a chapter on paper.

I also start every morning by handwriting in my journal and by prioritizing my day in my notebook. I wish I could do this on an app in my phone, but it just doesn’t give me the same therapeutic or accomplished feelings!

Do you still use paper notebooks and schedules or are you an all-technology kind of person?? 🤗📚
“Speak what you seek until you see what you say. “Speak what you seek until you see what you say.”

I’m not sure where I first heard this, but I have lived my life by these words for years.

As long as you can imagine something happening, then that means there’s a possibility that it can exist in your reality.

Be conscious of your thoughts. Don’t waste time attracting what you don’t want when you can imagine, focus on, and manifest the life you do want. ✨
Let’s chat emotional support animals. More freq Let’s chat emotional support animals.

More frequently, we’re seeing small dogs and cats on the laps of individuals on planes, in restaurants, and out and about in the community.

Personally, I love this. As we enter an era where mental health is prioritized, it only makes sense for emotional support animals to become more of a “thing”.

An emotional support animal is not a service dog; however, you do require paperwork from a registered therapist who you see frequently in order to label your pet an emotional support. They do not require a special vest or other indication that they are working a job.

The job of these pets is to provide some sort of therapeutic benefit to their owner through companionship. The animal provides emotional support to individuals who have suffered trauma, have anxiety, as well as other mental and psychological impairments.

Hope you enjoy this excerpt from my latest short s Hope you enjoy this excerpt from my latest short story:

Elli watched as the leaf landed on top of a little black book. Eli looked around to try and catch the attention of the fancy woman as the book she left behind seemed important. She picked up the notebook and admired its smooth and hard cover. It reminded her of the one her sister used to have before she passed away. Her sister was full of light and was inspired by the smallest of instances. She would constantly illustrate her experiences through the delicate use of words inside of her sacred notebook.

Elli removed the elastic enclosure to see if the woman’s name was written inside. Maybe Elli could return the little black book as she knew how valuable such an item could be to an individual. She flipped through the first couple of pages and found that the section which read “In Case of Loss” was left unscathed. Feeling as though she was betraying someone’s privacy, she reluctantly skimmed through the journal. The entire book seemed empty except for one excerpt that was almost lost in the middle of its blank pages.

“Speak what you seek until you see what you say.” Was neatly handwritten along the 11th line of the 11th page.”
